We can express post to you through Australia Post of a cost of $20.
Please note: the weight of the package may change the cost of posting.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds.
We are happy to offer a store credit or exchange, on an item you've purchased from us - simply contact us within 30 days of your order date.
We try our best to have all stock on hand, sometimes however there may be no availability of the particular stock you ordered at the time of purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods ordered are not available, you will be sent a courtesy email (or by other means if no e-mail address has been provided)
Once the stock has become available it will be immediately sent to you. Please note that the delivery time will be longer due to this reason.
Simply enter the code where it says “code required” and this will enable the special promotion discount or code required to continue shopping.

In the rare instance you've had an allergic response to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and contact our Beauty team immediately. Email email@example.com
If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 24 days of delivery.
Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to contact you.
All shipping back to The Beauty Bag is at consumer’s expense.

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase with a detailed description of the product fault and a photo if possible. Please note returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us.
